Don’t Call It A Comeback - East coast style meets West coast flavor!

They say it takes a lot of good beer to make great wine, so we made something extra primo that we wanted to be drinking after work with our best good dude Bertony Faustin of @abbeycreekwine. Our next track together is Don’t Call It A Comeback. We’re talking some serious Grand Cru action on this fresh West Coast Pale Ale dry hopped with all the New World flavor. The best part though is this pale was brewed with one fine cut of mind blowing Simcoe hops from @yakimachief. After a day of whatever your work is, do yourself a favor with this crisp flavorful beer we packed full of notes of hop resin, peaches, mixed berries, and a slight note of the ol’ devil’s lettuce.

We'd like to think 100%, which is exactly what we did!

14 months in French Oak. Moderate acidity helps support this phat but in no way flabby wine.

Sur lie and unfiltered are just some of the reasons why this Pinot Gris will always be a hit. Enjoy her with anything or nothing at all! Oh, and why do we call her #Sunshine? Because, she taste sooo good, you just throw her in the air and...well, you know the rest:)

We are back at it again with our newest edition of our Pinot Noir, Dub-C.

Dub-C ...W.C...whole cluster. Stems and seeds working together in that fermenter to take Pinot Noir to another dimension while keeping that swag we all know and love with Oregon Pinots.
