The Papai Noel Morreu (Santa Claus Died) Pimenta Sauce is a yearly limited edition produced by our Chef Chincho Cabron. He utilizes worldly influences to create an extra hot unique blend. The 2018 edition is a blend of Trinidad Scorpion, Brazilian Malagueta and a hint of Caroline Reaper aged in Umburana barrels with Sugar Cane Molasses Vineger and activated charcoal.
