SAY THE WHOLE NAME

For years, I let rooms shorten my name to “Tony” because it made things easier.

For everybody but me.

Say The Whole Name is the story of what happened when I stopped making myself smaller to fit the room.

Part memoir. Part manifesto. Built around the A.R.C. Framework™: Authentic. Resilient. Connected.

From Brooklyn and my Haitian roots to becoming Oregon’s first recorded Black winemaker, this book is about identity, ownership, and learning that who you are is not something you leave at the door.

The room does not get to decide how much of you gets to enter.

My first book is officially here.

Pre purchase your copy of Say The Whole Name.

*NOTE*  Our first shipment of books is expected to arrive in Portland after September 23rd. Pre-orders will begin shipping and become available for pickup once the books are received.

We’re also planning an official book signing event, with date and details coming soon.

Mélange Blanc, Mélange Rosé, & Mélange Noir

NEW DROP AS OF 8/6

~This collection comes as "Twa Ansanm" meaning set of 3~

18 years ago, the wine world didn't know the name Bertony Faustin.

They barely knew Abbey Creek.

For nearly two decades, Abbey Creek gave me the space to learn, create, fail, grow.

Back then, I wasn't thinking about year eighteen. Truth be told, I wasn't even thinking about year two.

Today, I have something I didn't have back then... Perspective.

Abbey Creek wasn't the destination. It was the foundation & legacy in which everything up to this day has been built on.

It gave me the opportunity to build relationships, earn trust, and create something bigger than just wine.

Now... allow me to reintroduce myself.

My name is Bertony Faustin.

Today, I'm proud to introduce the first flagship collection under the character brand name "BF"

Three blends. Three moods. Three different ways to experience Love, Magic, & Moments.

Welcome to the next chapter of Hip Hop, Wine, & Chill.

Mélange Blanc
55% Chardonnay • 45% Albariño

Mélange Rosé (Demi-Sec)
55% Pinot Noir • 45% Gamay Noir

Mélange Noir
55% Pinot Noir • 45% Petite Verdot

The collection is currently available as an exclusive 3 bottle set, with the first 25 sets personally signed by yours truly.

~Wines available for onsite pickup & shipping after 8/14~

2024 Mélange Blanc

55% Chardonnay • 45% Albariño

2024 Mélange Rose

55% Pinot Noir • 45% Gamay Noir

Think.. Method Man & Mary J. Blige.

Pinot Noir brings the structure, depth and confidence. Gamay Noir brings juicy fruit, brightness and a little playfulness to the mix. Made using the saignée method, then finished demi sec, this rosé carries just enough sweetness to soften the edges without losing its balance.

Not trying to be too sweet. Not afraid to flirt with it either :)! Two personalities finding the right groove.

2024 Mélange Noir

55% Pinot Noir • 45% Pertit Verdot

Think... Mobb Deep. Prodigy & Havoc.

Dark, Distinct,  built with intention. Pinot Noir brings the finesse, red fruit and movement. Petit Verdot comes underneath with darker fruit, deeper color and the structure to give the blend some weight.

This isn’t about softening one grape to make room for the other. Pinot brings the flow, Petit Verdot brings the foundation.

~Artist Collector Series~

Meet the limited edition #Daddyphatsacs 1.5L maggy, our tribute to the unmistakable style and soul of Outkast. This Chardonnay spent 14 months aging in 100% French oak, developing layer after layer of richness, texture, and swagger before ever making it into the bottle.

Inspired by the energy of spring and the creative spirit of Outkast, each maggy has been meticulously hand painted, every bottle tells its own story while staying true to the music, the season, and the culture that inspired it.

Limited collection. When they're gone, they're gone.

Large format bottle, 1.5L Magnum, equivalent to two 750mL standard size bottles.

2021 Albariño

Estate Grown

~Artist Collector Series~

Inspired by Migos' Bad and Boujee, this isn't your everyday bottle.

Our Artist Collector Series of hand-designed bottles is proof that great things don't have to come in standard sizes.

Bottled in a 500mL Jennie, she's the perfect companion for a picnic in the park.

Guaranteed to spark the question:

"Where'd you get that bottle?"

Small bottle.

Big personality.

That's #Bad&Bougie.

Limited collection, when they're gone, they're gone.

500mL Jennie bottle, equivalent to two-thirds of a 750mL standard size bottle

2022 Sparkling Melange Blanc

Estate Grown

~Albariño 95% & Gewürztraminer 5%~

~ATL TOUR WINE~

Inspired by Outkast's Aquemini, this Sparkling Mélange Blanc is built on the idea that contrast isn't conflict. It's chemistry.

Albariño with just a kiss of Gewürztraminer. Like Aquarius and Gemini, neither was meant to outshine the other. Together, they create something neither could on its own.

2022 Sparkling Pinot Gris

Estate Grown

~ATL TOUR WINE~

Inspired by Beyoncé's Shining, this Sparkling Pinot Gris was made for the moments worth celebrating, whether they're written in the calendar or happen on a random Tuesday with your favorite people.

Bright and lively, she makes every sip feel like an occasion. From brunch mimosas, to girls' trips, and nights that somehow become unforgettable.

She's the first bottle opened, the one passed around for "just one more splash," and somehow the first one to disappear!
