Pinot Noir brings the structure, depth and confidence. Gamay Noir brings juicy fruit, brightness and a little playfulness to the mix. Made using the saignée method, then finished demi sec, this rosé carries just enough sweetness to soften the edges without losing its balance.

Not trying to be too sweet. Not afraid to flirt with it either :)! Two personalities finding the right groove.
