Chef Earl Fredericks is back in the kitchen, doing what he does best.
Chef has been part of The Crick since the early days, long before we even had a kitchen to call our own. Back then it was a summer BBQ on the patio, a portable stovetop, and a rice cooker making it all happen. No matter the setup, Chef always came through and made it work.
His résumé runs deep. From cooking with global brands like Nike and Disney Cruise Lines to becoming the first Black tenured professor and Culinary Director at Clark College, Chef Earl has spent a lifetime shaping kitchens, students, and experiences.
At The Crick, we are proud to share the stage with an OG who has been part of the foundation from the very beginning. When Chef Earl is cooking, you already know something good is about to land on the table.
