From our first chat when presenting the sauce idea, it seemed as we had known each other for centuries. With four hands we created a sauce inspired on the drink, Jack'n'Coke; using as base our fermented jalapeños planted in Santa Cruz do Rio Pardo; the result is the unique blend Chincho & Chef Bertolazzi are so proud of. After aging, we add spices that act as enhancers of cola. The caramelized and wooden flavors encountered in the whiskey are combined with citric notes swirling the blend. All the flavors find equilibrium with medium pungency. Well said, huh?
