Menbe Egigu, founder and chef of Enat Ethiopian Kitchen, built her path through persistence, belief, and community. Enat means “mother,” and that’s the foundation of everything she creates, food rooted in care, meant to be shared, and grounded in culture and community. For this opening night at The Crick, expect a curated dinner experience that reflects how we move, intimate, intentional, and designed to bring people together. This marks the beginning of the Enat Kitchen Residency.
